It is tough to understand why the Humans never want to share. I patiently wait by their feet during the entire meal production, and yet I end up with nothing. That’s fine who wants to eat honey-glazed salmon with baked sweet potato fries, and garlic broccoli. Not me, but if you want to learn how to make it with some pictorial guidance click HERE.
During my close observation I deduced that the Human preheated the oven to 400F. Then in a small bowl, stirred together honey (1/4 cup), mustard (2 tbsp Dijon), butter (1 tbsp melted), and Worcestershire (1 tsp.). They put the wild salmon fillets (4 4oz) in the center of the pan, sprinkled with pecans (1/2 cup) and drizzled with the honey-mustard sauce. It baked for about 20 to 22 minutes. At the same time, the sweet potatoes were peeled and tossed with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Those ended up in the oven for about 20 minutes. Oh, they also baked broccoli and garlic cloves together covered in shallow water. Bon appétit
